Remove nightvision

Using the nightvision that comes from typing /nv gives anti flash to the user. We mostly play D2/Inferno/Nuke which are maps that don't necessarily need NV.

Yea bud, we can disable on these maps if these guys are with a change, shall try this tomorrow.
